Spirit Night is solo work of WV ex-pat, Dylan Balliett. On this album his project shifts into infectious a garage-punk / jangley pop band that could be compared to The Pixies, Husker Du, Pavement, etc. I'm also not afraid to say it has some emo-vibes. Probably the best album I've heard this year. My roommate once remarked that it's the only thing I listen to anymore. I'm releasing this as a cassette on my new label Broken World Media.
